Dear Girl Who Feels Everything So Deeply,
You tend to think negatively of yourself, but everyone else thinks you’re awesome. People tell you that you’re awesome, but you don’t believe it. You’re trustworthy, funny, kind, loving, caring, and just so full of life. Your smile makes everyone else smile and your laugh is contagious. When I am feeling low and need advice, you are the person I think of who I can run to. When I need a hug or a shoulder to cry on you selflessly give your time to me.
You think the way you feel everything so deeply is a curse, but I believe it is a blessing. Your caring, big heart has brought peace to my life so many times. You have used all the struggles you’ve faced and turned them into life lessons for everyone around you. You bring so much value to the people in your life because you continually want to teach them how they can avoid the problems you’ve already faced. Thank you so much for caring that much. Thank you so much for loving wholeheartedly.
When people think of you they think of how genuine, beautiful, and life bringing you are. You are a one of a kind, and unlike anyone I know. Your creativity and curiosity for the world makes me want to broaden my knowledge and wisdom. You literally make me want to be a better version of myself. You inspire so many other young women and they want to be just like you. Yet, you still can’t see how beautiful you are inside and out. There are many reasons why people look up to you, and it’s so important that you see it too.
You are so loved unconditionally and endlessly. You are faithful and true to what you believe. When you walk into a room, people notice that there’s something different about you. If there were more people like you in the world it would be so much more kind, compassionate, and selfless. You were created to make a difference in the world. Do not let anyone hold you back or blot out your light. Stand your ground when people try to take advantage of you and keep moving toward your dreams. Your vulnerability to care so much doesn’t make you any less strong. People will call you emotional and maybe even sometimes dramatic, but you are who you are for a very good reason.

Embrace your big heart and don’t be afraid to tell people how much you care. People need it. Wear that smile everywhere you go, because you never know how much someone needs it. When you see someone you think is beautiful, tell them. When you feel shy, speak. You need to be heard. You have emotions for a good reason, but don’t let them control you. Our emotions can get us in a big mess and make us make unwise decisions, but you are smart. You are always doing things for everyone else. Do something for yourself and work on your mental health. Become more self-aware and define yourself instead of letting society define you.
